NOVELTY - A three-dimensional carbon framework silicon-based negative electrode material comprises a carbon base framework, a porous carbon framework layer covered on the surface of carbon base framework, a silicon layer and a carbon layer. The carbon base framework comprises a one-dimensional carbon base framework (1) and/or two-dimensional carbon base framework (2). The carbon base framework and the porous carbon framework layer are overlapped to form a three-dimensional network structure. The silicon layer is arranged on the inner wall of the hole of porous carbon framework layer. The carbon layer is arranged on the surface of silicon layer and the surface of whole silicon-based negative electrode material particles. USE - Three-dimensional carbon framework silicon-based material is used in lithium-ion battery negative electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The self-supporting three-dimensional carbon framework silicon-based negative electrode material has high specific capacity and excellent cycle performance, and can absorb silicon materials, provide expansion space, and prevent electrode pulverization caused by the expansion of silicon-based negative electrode during cycle, to improve conductivity of silicon negative electrode, and effectively suppress its huge volume change. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of three-dimensional carbon framework silicon-based negative electrode material, which involves preparing porous phenolic resin on the surface of carbon base framework, granulating to form three-dimensional network structure, carbonizing in rotary furnace to obtain carbon base with surface in-situ attached porous carbon framework layer, introducing silicon source and inert gas into furnace, such that the porous carbon structure absorbs silicon source gas to form silicon layer in the pores and on the surface of the porous carbon framework layer, and coating carbon on the obtained material, such that the silicon layer and the whole particle surface is coated with carbon layer.
