▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified aluminum oxide carrier comprises 2-20 wt.% molecular sieve, 2-20 wt.% graphene and 60-96 wt.% aluminum oxide. The carrier has a specific surface area of 300-400 m2/g, a pore volume of 0.5-0.8 cm3/g, an average pore size of 7-9 nm, and a crushing strength of 100-200 N/cm. USE - The modified aluminum oxide carrier is useful in a hydrorefining catalyst for liquid phase hydrogenation of oil products (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified aluminum oxide carrier has excellent adsorption capacity of hydrogen molecules and hydrogen overflow property. The hydrorefining catalyst has excellent hydrogenation activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the modified aluminum oxide carrier, which involves (1) mixing a slurry of pseudoboehmite precursor, a mesoporous molecular sieve, graphene and an organic alcohol to obtain a slurry (A), (2) adding a silane coupling agent to the slurry (A) obtained in step (1), uniformly mixing, and then adjusting the pH of the slurry to 7.5-11 to obtain a slurry (B), and (3) aging the slurry (B) obtained in step (2) under a certain pressure, after aging, filtering the material to remove a preset amount of water, adding an organic amine and the silane coupling agent to knead the plastic component, molding, drying and baking; and (2) a hydrorefining catalyst, which comprises the modified aluminum oxide carrier, and hydrogenation active components consisting of a Group VIB metal and a Group VIII metal based on the total weight of the catalyst, where the Group VIB metal is 2-30% of the total weight of the catalyst in terms of oxides, and the group VIII metal is 0.1-10% of the total weight of the catalyst.
