▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of electroconductive carbon conductor from carbon structural forms involves (i) preparing a liquid dispersion from undoped carbon structural forms and a solvent, (ii) adding an additive to the dispersion, mixing the dispersion, and (iii) producing a fibrous or film-shaped conductor strand to form the carbon conductor by wet-spinning the dispersion or by depositing the dispersion on a carrier material, and removing the dispersion fluid from liquid phase conductor strand by drying, vacuum-treating and heat-treating. The carbon structural forms are allotropic modifications of carbon, preferably graphite, pyrolytic graphite, graphene and/or carbon nanotubes, and precursor compounds of graphene such as graphene oxide. The additive for doping the carbon structure forms comprises aluminum fluoride, aluminum chlorofluoride and/or perfluorinated polymeric sulfonic acid to increase the electrical conductivity of the electroconductive carbon conductor. USE - Production of electroconductive carbon conductor. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently dopes the carbon conductors with dopants having high thermal stability and atmospheric moisture resistance, avoids undesired reactions of chlorine or fluorine with the conductor, and reliably improves electrical conductivity of the carbon conductor by an easy method.
