▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing porous carbon/graphene/azide composite comprises (1) placing graphene oxide in deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion and continuing to add soluble metal salts to obtain a uniformly mixed solution, dissolving the organic ligand in an organic solvent to form a solution, then mixing the two solutions in a round bottom flask, adding certain amount of ethanol, and using mechanical stirring to react, after the reaction is complete, filtering and washing, and obtaining the metal-organic framework/graphene oxide composite structure precursor material, (2) carbonizing the precursor material obtained in the step (1) under an anaerobic atmosphere to obtain a carbonized product, and (3) placing sodium azide and stearic acid in the gas generator, controlling the reaction temperature, passing the azide acid produced by the reaction into the one-way vent tube filled with carbonized product obtained in the step (2), and reacting for a period of time to obtain the product. USE - The composite is used as explosive. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy, compared with traditional azides, the carboazide explosive has a particle size of nanoscale, and the presence of graphene can reduce its electrostatic sensitivity and greatly improve its safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for porous carbon/graphene/azide composite prepared by the above preparation method.
