NOVELTY - A modified nitrile rubber material comprises nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene terpolymer rubber, butadiene rubber, boron phenol-formaldehyde, modified graphene, titanium nitride, calcite, carbon black, quartz powder, KR-38S (RTM: titanium acid ester coupling agent), peroxide vulcanizing system, trioctyl trimellitate, liquid coumarone, anti-aging agent D-50, anti-aging agent SP, and paraffin wax. USE - Modified nitrile rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The modified nitrile rubber material has high strength and wear resistance, and can satisfy industrial production requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified nitrile rubber material comprises 60-65 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 15-21 pts. wt. ethylene propylene terpolymer rubber, 20-24 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 12-16 pts. wt. boron phenol-formaldehyde, 18-22 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. titanium nitride, 4-8 pts. wt. calcite, 27-30 pts. wt. carbon black, 24-27 pts. wt. quartz powder, 18-21 pts. wt. KR-38S (RTM: titanium acid ester coupling agent), 1.5-1.9 pts. wt. peroxide vulcanizing system, 5.2-6.4 pts. wt. trioctyl trimellitate, 8-12 pts. wt. liquid coumarone, 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent D-50, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent SP, and 5-6 pts. wt. paraffin wax. The modified graphene is prepared by adding 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. graphene oxide to 900-1050 pts. wt. water, sonicating water containing graphene oxide to give 1.1-1.3 mg/ml graphene oxide solution, and then adding 4.1-4.5 pts. wt. tea polyphenol, continuing ultrasound for 40-43 minutes to obtain material A, where ultrasound frequency is at 18-22 KHz, ultrasound power 900-1000W, and ultrasound time is (5 seconds, 9 seconds); putting the mixed material into a mixer, raising to 80-85 degrees C and stirring at 230-245 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 6-7 hours, removing excess wash polyphenols using 4-4.5x 105 pts. wt. deionized water, and centrifuging for 35-38 minutes to obtain the material B at 6900-7000 rpm; and vacuum filtering the material B with the modified graphene for 25-28 minutes at 65-68 MPa in vacuum to prepare the modified graphene. The modified nitrile rubber material is prepared by: (A) preparing each raw material, preheating the internal mixer at 86-92 degrees C, putting the nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene rubber and butadiene rubber into internal mixer, stirring at 210-230 rpm to obtain rubber, plasticating for 30-35 minutes main material, where carrying out smelting process in a triangular bag for 5-8 times, and then adding the titanium acid ester coupling agent KR-38S modified graphene, titanium nitride, alumina, calcite, furnace carbon black and quartz powder, and stirring for 20-25 minutes at 210-245 rpm to obtain a mixed material C; and (B) adding the mixed material C, boron phenolic anti-aging agent D-50, antioxidant SP, trimellitic acid trioctyl liquid coumarone and paraffin wax to the mixer and stirring at 100-105 rpm for 16-22 minutes, adding antioxidant SP, antioxidant 800-A at 85-89 rpm, stirring for 15-18 minutes, adding the peroxide curing system, stirring at 115-120 rpm, mixing for 15-18 minutes, raising to 150-155 degrees C, and mixing for 8-10 minutes, cooling the material, and cooling for 24-28 hours to obtain the nitrile rubber modified material.
