▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A network layered porous carbon/graphene composite electrode material preparing method involves preparing precursor by dispersing graphite oxide in solvents to obtain oxidized graphite suspension. The oxidized graphite suspension is added with formaldehyde solution and phloroglucinol, stirred, added with hydrochloric acid, washed, and dried to give precursor. The precursor is placed in corundum porcelain boat, transferred to ceramic tube furnace, drained and cooled. The semi finished product is crushed, placed in beaker, washed with distilled water and dried to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing network layered porous carbon/graphene composite electrode material that is utilized in supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing electrode material with longer life cycle, high specific capacitance and ultra-high rate characteristics, in simple and rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A network layered porous carbon/graphene composite electrode material preparing method involves preparing precursor by dispersing graphite oxide ultrasonically in different solvents to obtain oxidized graphite suspension. The oxidized graphite suspension is added with 37% formaldehyde solution and phloroglucinol, stirred, added with 37% hydrochloric acid as a catalyst, transferred to an oven after the polymerization for 3-6 hours by suction filtration, washed, and dried to give a phenolic resin/graphene composite oxide precursor. The phenolic resin/graphene composite oxide precursor is subjected for dry mixing, placed in corundum porcelain boat, transferred to ceramic tube furnace, passed with 80 ml/minute argon gas for 10 minutes, drained at a heating rate of 5 degrees C/minute to set temperature at 600-800 degrees C for 1-3 hours and cooled at room temperature to obtain semi finished product. The semi finished product is crushed, placed in beaker, washed with distilled water and dried to obtain the finished product.
