USE - Method for preparing high dispersibility graphene master batch anti-corrosion coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uniformly disperses graphene and solves easy overlap agglomeration of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high dispersibility graphene master batch anti-corrosion coating is prepared by configuring hydrofluoric acid etchant to 0.15-0.25 mol/L solution, adding glass beads, stirring at 50-80 degrees C, etching for 1-2 hours to form pit-shaped or porous to improve aperture ratio, washing etched glass bead by clean water, micro ventilation drying, adding into plasma processing chamber, adding graphene powder, emptying air, introducing inert protective gas, rapidly heating, pressurizing, electrifying, keeping for 6-25 minutes, sintering and fixing graphene in glass bead micro cavity, uniformly mixing and stirring with resin material, and using screw squeezing granulator.
