NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises putting substrate deposited with copper or substrate with copper on surface in anhydrous anaerobic reactor; heating at substrate temperature of not less than 1080 degrees C; maintaining for 30-60 minutes; annealing; and introducing carbon source to reactor for reaction or introducing carbon source to reactor for reaction when cooling temperature is not less than 1000 degrees C to obtain graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces single-layer equiangular hexagonal graphene with ordered arrangement. It has simple operation, easy to perform, high in product mass, and suitable for large-scale production.
