▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high performance graphene fiber, comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide solution having concentration of 5-15 g/l, and adjusting the pH value to 5-12 to obtain spinning solution; (ii) passing the spinning solution through a spinneret orifice of 0.2-1 mm, injecting in a coagulation bath at a speed of 0.1-1 ml/minute, and drying to obtain graphene oxide fiber; (iii) placing graphene oxide fiber in an atmosphere furnace, applying tension to the fiber, heating and pre-reducing at 150-500℃ to obtain pre-reduced graphene oxide fiber; and (iv) placing the pre-reducing graphene oxide fiber in an atmosphere furnace, where the temperature of high temperature reduction process is 600-1800℃, introducing the gas containing carbon source, and performing high temperature heat reduction to obtain the graphene fiber. USE - Method for preparing high performance graphene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the use of the reagent to obtain high-performance graphene fiber with fewer defects, high strength and good conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene fiber prepared by the above-mentioned method.
