NOVELTY - Agricultural ground film graphene-CuCo-polyvinyl butyral composite material comprises raw materials includes waste agricultural mulch film and nano copper cobalt (CuCo) material. USE - Agricultural ground film graphene-CuCo-polyvinyl butyral composite material for preparing heat conductive material and anticorrosive paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The agricultural ground film graphene-CuCo-polyvinyl butyral composite material is safe, has low cost, easy operation, functions of heat conduction and conduction, wide spectral absorption and low emission, broadens application of graphene-metal composites, and protects environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing agricultural ground film graphene-CuCo-polyvinyl butyral composite material, which involves: (A) forming agricultural mulch graphene, taking agricultural mulch dry powder to temperature of 550-900 degrees C under nitrogen, and keeping warm, and obtaining agricultural mulch carbon material after cooling, mixing agricultural mulch carbon material and acetic acid, raising temperature to 900-1100 degrees C under nitrogen, after cooling, obtain agricultural ground graphene, preparing agricultural mulch graphene-CuCo composite, dispersing nano-CuCo material in mixed solution containing deionized water and ethanol, adding agricultural mulch graphene to mixed solution for ultrasonic reaction, and then raising temperature for heating reaction, after heat preservation and cooling, obtained product is centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain agricultural mulch graphene-CuCo composite, forming agricultural mulch graphene-CuCo-PVB composite material; and (B) mixing agricultural mulch graphene-CuCo composite and PVB ethanol slurry to obtain agricultural mulch graphene-CuCo-PVB composite material.
