▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The system has a single-layer graphene film transferred to a wrinkle surface of an anthracenecopolymer layer after carrying Poly(methyl methacrylate) to form interface wrinkle shape in a multilayer system unit. The multilayer system unit removes surface wrinkles in flexible electronic devices and improves surface functional characteristics of flexible devices. USE - Micro-nano wrinkle integrated hard film-soft base multilayer system. ADVANTAGE - The system ensures uniformity of film thickness of a repair layer and a scale at a wafer level, ensures sufficient conformal contact and interface bonding strength by using multi-step low-temperature heating planarization process, and ensures better wrinkle removal effect. The system reduces the problem of human skin wrinkle removal, scanning electron microscope characterization process wrinkle distortion and large-scale film wrinkle elimination technology in an aerospace field.
