▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing cast aluminum alloy water-soluble precision ceramic core, comprises sieving the corundum powder to obtain large grains of corundum and small grains of corundum, and preparing aluminum colloidal solution through the reaction of aluminum hydroxide and phosphoric acid, placing large grains of corundum into the aluminum glue solution, and obtaining the corundum glue after homogeneous stirring, using concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid to prepare a mixed acid, and using phenol and formaldehyde to form a reaction monomer solution, dropping the mixed acid, heating, stirring and refluxing to react, and obtaining the phenolic reaction system, naturally cooling phenolic reaction system, allowing to stand for aging, and obtaining the supernatant to obtain the solution phase, and the gel phase of the lower viscous colloid, and distilling the gel phase under reduced pressure to obtain viscous phenolic resin. USE - Preparing cast aluminum alloy water-soluble precision ceramic core. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare water-soluble precise ceramic core that has high bending strength, low moisture absorption rate, and can be stored for a long time, and reduces the risk of low intensity of the existing core after moisture absorption. The pouring type core of the application is high in strength and easy to collapse, and the crumple powder can be directly recycled according to the residual carbon amount and the cost is low.
