NOVELTY - A micro-electro facial mask (2) with oxygen compound reaction electrode comprises a base material, fragrance containing water and having bulk dissolved oxygen content of < 100ppm and conductivity of > 40 μs/cm, in close contact with base material, at least one oxidation electrode which is in conductive contact with fragrance, and an oxygen-free package (1) for packaging the substrate, the fragrance and the electrode. The electrode has standard reduction potential lower than oxygen hydration reduction potential, so that when the fragrance is simultaneously contacted with sufficient oxygen and oxidation electrode, oxygen hydration reduction half reaction is generated on the surface of fragrance. The electrode can generate an oxidation half reaction with moisture in fragrance. The package isolates external oxygen such oxidation half-reaction, oxygen hydration half-reaction are prevented from occurring before oxygen-insulating package is opened.
