▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing chitosan functionalized graphene chiral composite material comprises (i) ultrasonic dispersing of chitosan in dilute hydrochloric acid solution, heating and fully dissolving, adding glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent, and stirring at room temperature for 30-35 hours, self-crosslinking the chitosan to obtain crosslinked chitosan solution, (ii) ultrasonic dispersing of graphene oxide in pure water, adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride as carbonyl activator, ultrasonically treating for 20-25 minutes to obtain activated graphene oxide solution, (iii) mixing the crosslinked chitosan solution with the activated graphene oxide solution, adding N-hydroxysuccinimide as crosslinking agent, continuously reacting at 75-80 degrees C for 12-13 hours, adding ascorbic acid to reduce excess oxygen-containing functional groups and carbon-oxygen double bonds on the graphene oxide, suction filtering, washing, and freeze-drying. USE - The composite material is useful as chiral recognition material for identifying R-mandelic acid and S-mandelic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method quickly and sensitively achieves identification of mandelic acid isomers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for method of chiral recognition material for identifying R-mandelic acid and S-mandelic acid, comprising fully dispersing the chitosan functionalized graphene chiral composite in ultrapure water, modifying by droplet coating on the glassy carbon electrode to obtain electrochemical chiral sensing interface, separately placing the electrochemical chiral sensing interface in the R-mandelic acid or S-mandelic acid solution, using cyclic voltammetry, where the scanning potential is -0.2-0.6 V, scanning speed is 100 mV/s, peak current value is R-mandelic acid and S-mandelic acid is the smaller peak current value.
