▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing small particle size metal phosphide nanoparticle/reduced graphene composite material comprises (i) preparing a silica-coated metal oxide composite particle; (ii) supporting the composite particles of the step (i) to obtain graphene oxide alkenyl complex containing graphene oxide and composite particles supported on the graphene oxide; (iii) removing the silica of the composite particles in the graphene oxide-based composite of the step (ii); and (iv) subjecting the product obtained in the step (iii) to phosphating treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing small particle size metal phosphide nanoparticle/reduced graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical.
