NOVELTY - The method involves taking multiple copper wires for using vapor deposition to manufacture a carbon source to generate a graphene layer on a surface of the copper wires to form graphene and copper wire composite material. The graphene and copper wire composite material is obtained. A flatly spread is arranged in parallel to form a strip graphene and copper composite material array. A radiating main body frame is established by an ultrasonic oscillation adding device. A magnetic arrangement device is used to directionally arrange a magnetic graphene tube filler in the radiating main body frame to realize solidifying and forming process. USE - Method for manufacturing a high graphene radiating piece (claimed) for radiating heat of a CPU. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving a product heat conducting coefficient and radiating performance.
