NOVELTY - Graphene synergistic flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene/styrene-butadiene-styrene composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, 8-100 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene toughening agent, 0.5-15 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene-styrene-g-amine compatibilizer, 10-60 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2-8 pts. wt. flame retardant synergist, 0.2-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-3 pts. wt. lubricating agent and 0.1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as graphene synergistic flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene/styrene-butadiene-styrene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent flame retardancy, precipitate-free, high toughness and low temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene synergistic flame-retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene/styrene-butadiene-styrene composite material, comprising adding acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene toughening agent, styrene-butadiene-styrene-g-amine compatibilizer, flame retardant, flame retardant synergist, dispersant, lubricating agent and antioxidant into a high-speed mixer in sequence, mixing thoroughly for 5-6 minutes, and passing through a twin-screw extruder at 230-280 degrees C, melt-extruding and granulating to obtain final product.
