NOVELTY - Solar energy heat storage material comprises graphene-nano silicon dioxide composite material and stearic acid in mass ratio of 10-15:4-7, where the mass ratio of graphene and nano silicon dioxide is 1-20:80-99. USE - Solar energy heat storage material. ADVANTAGE - The solar energy heat storage material is processed in simple manner, and has strong adaptability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing solar energy heat storage material, which involves: (A) diluting silicon dioxide with water to obtain silica sol; (B) stirring the silica sol with silane coupling agent at 30-60 degrees C to obtain mixed solution; (C) adding the mixed solution with graphene oxide solution and then stirring the obtained material; (D) drying the stirred at 50-70 degrees C and then baking the dried material at 700-900 degrees C to obtain graphene-nano silicon dioxide composite material; (E) adding 5-15 wt.% silica sol with 1-2 wt.% silane coupling agent, stearic acid and graphene-nano silicon dioxide composite material in vacuum condition; and (F) subjecting the obtained material to perform ultrasonic heating at 75-85 degrees C to obtain the desired product.
