NOVELTY - The method comprises preparing graphite microplates/lithium cobalt oxide composite cathode material, adding conductive agent and a binder to the composite anode material, mixing, sizing to obtain a anode slurry, coating the anode slurry on the current collector and rolling to obtain the anode plate of the lithium cobalt oxide battery, preparing electrolyte, preparing the cathode of the battery, completing the assembly of the battery in a glove box in an argon atmosphere. USE - Method for preparing lithium cobalt oxide battery using graphite microplate composite anode material. ADVANTAGE - The method: efficiently protects the battery; realizes the ultra-long cycle life of the battery; can more fully excite lithium ions in lithium cobalt oxide; reduces the irreversibility of lithium ions in charging and discharging; and increases the discharge efficiency. The battery has excellent cycle stability performance.
