▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphite alkenyl composite separation membrane device is produced by diluting graphite oxide in deionized water, and treating in ultrasonic bath to obtain graphene oxide solution; adding graphite oxide in alkali, stirring, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, and washing to obtain reduced oxidation graphene dispersion liquid; adding the graphene dispersion liquid into pad combined filter membrane, filtering, and drying to obtain graphene thin layer to form graphite alkenyl composite separating film; and putting the graphite alkenyl composite separating film in filtering device. USE - Method for producing graphite alkenyl composite separation membrane device (claimed) used for water treatment, solvent, and nanoparticle. The device is used for separating nanoparticles, organic dyes, biological hormone and metal salt. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, inexpensive, green and environment-friendly, and suitable for large scale industrial production. The obtained device has high separating efficiency, large water flux, good toughness, acid and alkali resistance, and high temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing graphite alkenyl composite separation membrane device comprises: (A) diluting graphite oxide (100-5000 pts.wt.) in deionized water, and treating in an ultrasonic bath to obtain graphene oxide solution; (B) adding graphite oxide in alkali, stirring at 80-100 degrees C for 0.1-5 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, and washing with de-ionized water until the pH is 6-12 to obtain reduced oxidation graphene dispersion liquid; (C) adding the graphene dispersion liquid into pad combined filter membrane, filtering for 0.1-10 hours, and drying in vacuum oven to obtain graphene thin layer with thickness of 20-200 nm to form graphite alkenyl composite separating film; and (D) putting the graphite alkenyl composite separating film in filtering device to obtain graphite alkenyl composite separation membrane device.
