NOVELTY - A sandwich type electrochemical sensor for detecting ovarian SKOV-3 cancer cell, where the sensor is prepared by: (1) preparing modified electrode graphite alkene; (2) activating the modified electrode graphene; (3) absorbing on the treated electrode surface the non-specific adsorption DNA oligonucleotide probe anti-HER2; and (4) hybridizing the modified electrode. USE - The sandwich type electrochemical sensor is useful for detecting ovarian SKOV-3 cancer cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sandwich type electrochemical sensor has high sensitivity, simple preparation, can be efficiently used for detecting any cancer cell, and has a good application prospect in the medical diagnosis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A sandwich type electrochemical sensor for detecting ovarian SKOV-3 cancer cell, where the sensor is prepared by: (1) preparing modified electrode graphite alkene, electrode cleaning after polishing the surface of the electrode into the oxidation state of graphite alkene solution, drying, obtaining graphene modified electrode; (2) activating the modified electrode graphene by coupling agent mixed solution, in the 1 solution in 20 minutes to 2 hours, the antibody 1 is covalently connected with the modified graphene surface of the electrode, the antibody 1 is human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), and then connected with the electrode of antibody 1 dip in ovarian cancer SKOV-3 cell suspension for 0.5 to 3 hours, making antigen ovarian cancer SKOV-3 cell connected with the 1; (3) absorbing on the treated electrode surface the non-specific adsorption DNA oligonucleotide probe anti-HER2 combined body in the step (2), then complementary DNA is hybridized to obtain the modified electrode after hybridizing the probe DNA oligonucleotide prepared by anti-HER2 combined body, reacting the antibody of HER2 into a probe DNA oligonucleotide and coupling agent in the phosphoric acid buffer solution for 2 to 5 hours; and (4) hybridizing the modified electrode after the electrochemistry indicator solution for 2 to 10 minutes. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are: (1) a method for detecting ovarian SKOV-3 cancer cell, where the electrochemical sensor is used as the work electrode, the produced current is detected by using the electrochemical method, and the electrolyte is phosphoric acid buffer solution with pH of 7 to 7.5; and (2) a preparation method of the electrochemical sensor for detecting ovarian SKOV-3 cancer cell, where electrochemical method is cyclic voltammetry, impedance method or pulse voltammetry.
