▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene/polyaniline laminated films based on layer-by-layer self-assembly technique, involves preparing graphene and polyaniline dispersion solution, immersing processed substrate in polyaniline solution, washing the substrate in sufficient amount of de-ionized water, drying the substrate to complete a deposition cycle, immersing the substrate in graphene dispersion liquid, washing the substrate in sufficient amount of de-ionized water, and drying the substrate to obtain positively charged surface of the substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/polyaniline laminated films used for sensors and supercapacitors. ADVANTAGE - The method is cost-effective, utilizes simple equipments under mild conditions, and prepares uniform graphene/polyaniline laminated films that have regular layer and controllable structure and properties, and are ultrathin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene/polyaniline laminated films based on layer-by-layer self-assembly technique, involves (a) preparing graphene and polyaniline dispersion solution of certain pH value, (b) immersing processed substrate in polyaniline solution for 5-40 minutes, washing the substrate in sufficient amount of de-ionized water and drying the substrate to complete a deposition cycle, (c) immersing the substrate in graphene dispersion liquid for 5-40 minutes, washing the substrate in sufficient amount of de-ionized water and drying the substrate to obtain positively charged surface of the substrate, and (d) repeating the steps (b) and (c) to obtain the graphene/polyaniline composite film.
