▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The box has main portion (1) and a metal box bottom (2) in which a radio frequency circuit for electromagnetic shielding is arranged. The surface resistivity of box main portion is between 1 ohm/sq-10 ohm/sq except the outer surface adhered with indium tin oxide thin film (3), for shielding external electromagnetic signal. The surface resistivity is between 200 ohm/sq-1000 ohm/sq when the inner surface is adhered with a graphene thin film (4), for absorbing resonance energy generated from the interaction between box main portion and radio frequency circuit. USE - Graphene and indium tin oxide thin film based transparent electromagnetic shielding box for integrated circuit package, electromagnetic interference and weak signal testing system.
