▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for detecting target nucleic acids involves (a) mixing a single-stranded template comprising a sequence complementary to the target nucleic acid with graphene or graphene oxide, and adding deoxynucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs), DNA polymerase, cleavage enzyme and to-be-analyzed sample, and performing an exponential isothermal amplification reaction (EXPAR), and (b) confirming the presence of the target nucleic acid by mass analysis of the amplification reaction product. USE - The method is useful for detecting target nucleic acids. ADVANTAGE - The method detects target nucleic acids in a simple, rapid and accurate manner without labeling the target nucleic acid, and enables to prevent and diagnosis diseases at an early stage.
