▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing titanium-niobium oxide/vertical graphene/titanium carbide-carbon composite material comprises, (i) uniformly mixing isopropyl titanate, niobium(V) chloride and ethanol to form mixed solution, (ii) placing the vertical graphene/titanium carbide-carbon material in the mixed solution, sealing in a reactor for hydrothermal reaction, cooling, then washing and drying to obtain target precursor, and (iii) sintering the target precursor in a tube furnace to obtain target product spiral (Ti2Nb10O29-VG-TiC-C) material i.e. spiral titanium niobium oxide/vertical graphene/titanium carbide-carbon composite material. USE - The composite material is used as anode material for lithium-ion batteries (claimed) for mobile communication, electric vehicles, solar power generation and aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has large specific surface area, which can increase the contact surface between the electrolyte and the electrode; utilizes vertical graphene/titanium carbide-carbon, which accelerates the electron conduction rate and enhances the structural stability of the composite material; has long cycle life, high energy, and power density.
