NOVELTY - Ultraviolet curing double-component road marking paint comprises component A including 10-20 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane acrylate, 2-10 pts. wt. trifunctional acrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. methyl acrylate, 1-5 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, 1-5 pts. wt. ethylenediamine, 1-2 pts. wt. nano- graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. glass micro-bead, 1-5 pts. wt. mica powder, 2-6 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 1-2 pts. wt. pH regulator, 1-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, and component B including 10-20 pts. wt. diisocyanate (HDI) biuret, 1-3 pts. wt. photoinitiator. USE - Used as ultraviolet curing double-component road marking paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint not only solves the problem that the curing depth is limited by the light wave transmission ability, but also solves the problem that the early gel phenomenon easily leads to uneven curing; has high degree of cross-linking; is not prone to stress cracking of cured film; not easy to fall off the reflective microbead; is durable reverse reflecting effect, which can meet the growing demand for road marking. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ultraviolet curing double-component road marking paint comprising (a) adding methyl acrylate into methanol and stirring uniformly, where the weight ratio of methyl acrylate to methanol is 5-10: 10-20 to obtain dispersed methyl acrylate, adding diethylenetriamine to methanol and stirring uniformly, where the weight ratio of diethylenetriamine to methanol is 1-5:5-15 to obtain dispersed diethylenetriamine, (b) adding ethylenediamine to methanol and stirring uniformly, where the weight ratio of ethylenediamine to methanol is 1-5:10-50, dispersing methyl acrylate dropwise under a nitrogen atmosphere in a stirring state, sealing and reacting at a temperature of 60-80℃ for 5-10 hours, continuing to drop and disperse diethylenetriamine, continuously reacting for 1-2 hours, removing excess methanol by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure, adding aqueous polyurethane acrylate and trifunctional acrylate and stirring uniformly to obtain a premix, (c) adding nano- graphene oxide to the premix, using a pH regulator to adjust the pH value of the system to 5-6, stirring at a speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute for 5-15 minutes at a stirring temperature of 80-120℃, cooling down to room temperature, adding glass micro-bead, mica powder, defoamer, leveling agent, titanium pigment, dispersant and stirring uniformly to obtain the component A, (d) uniformly mixing diisocyanate biuret and photoinitiator to obtain the component B, and (e)uniformly mixing the component A and the B bamboo powder.
