NOVELTY - Graphene oxide filled mixed substrate reverse osmosis membrane comprises graphene oxide embedded in polyamide layer. USE - The reverse osmosis membrane is used for filling mixed substrate of oxidation graphene in water purification and separation process of film, chlorine resistance and pollution resistance. ADVANTAGE - The reverse osmosis membrane has excellent surface hydrophilicity, enhanced penetration and pollution resistance, and excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the reverse osmosis membrane, comprising dissolving TMC monomer in n-hexane at normal temperature to prepare an organic phase solution with certain concentration, dissolving m-phenylenediamine (MPD) monomer in ultrapure water to prepare certain concentration of aqueous phase solution and dispersing certain proportion of graphene oxide (GO) in MPD aqueous solution, submerging the glass plate covered with polysulfone (PSF) ultrafiltration bottom membrane in the MPD aqueous phase solution, taking out after 5 minutes to remove the excess aqueous phase on the surface of the support membrane, soaking the glass plate covered with polysulfone (PSF) ultrafiltration bottom membrane into the TMC organic phase for certain period of time to form a dense separation layer on the surface of the polysulfone support membrane through interfacial polymerization, forming a nascent state composite membrane, carrying out heat treatment to nascent state composite film, and repeatedly washing using cleaning solution to remove unreacted monomer and solvent to obtain the required reverse osmosis composite membrane.
