▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene ink comprises graphene having hydrophilic group on the surface dispersed in predetermined solution. USE - Graphene ink is used for forming electroconductive film (claimed) for semiconductor device and liquid crystal display device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene ink has excellent durability, and is economically manufactured. The graphene ink comprising graphene has excellent dispersibility, and electroconductivity-imparting agent has favorable electroconductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene ink. The solution (S) containing an electroconductivity-imparting agent to water, and hydrophobic graphene solution are added in reaction container (1), pair of electrodes (2) is immersed in the resulting solution in which pulse voltage is applied, and electrode vicinity is vaporized, to obtain bubble. A glow discharge is generated within the obtained bubble by vaporization, and plasma (P) is generated and hydrophilized with active-type graphene.
