NOVELTY - Graphene composite VF fiber comprises 40-70 pts. wt. compound masterbatch, 30-50 pts. wt. solvent VF 40-70 and 1-5 pts. wt. surfactant. The composite masterbatch comprises 30-50 pts. wt. menthol, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. benzotriazole, 20-30 pts. wt. fillers, 20-40 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 5-10 pts. wt. polyurethane, 10-20 pts. wt. solvent, where the solvent is selected from water, ethanol, methanol, propanol or acetone. The graphene is 3-10 layers of graphene. USE - Graphene composite VF fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing graphene composite VF fiber, which involves: (A) dissolving the composite masterbatch with a solvent to obtain a dissolving solution; (B) adding dropwise the surfactant to the solution under stirring to obtain a mixed solution; (C) stirring to the mixed solution is adding dropwise to obtain a mixture; (D) distilling the mixture to obtain a mixture in a fluid state to obtain graphene composite fiber by using a spray gun; and (E) drying obtained graphene composite fiber to obtain a graphene composite fiber product.
