NOVELTY - A graphene carbon nanotube composite thermally conductive thin film material is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide aqueous dispersion and carbon nanotubes, adding to coagulation solution, smearing on substrate, taking out substrate, heating to obtain single-layer self-assembled graphene oxide composite thin film, smearing graphene oxide aqueous dispersion on substrate adhering with composite thin film, repeating steps of immersing-heating-smearing to obtain carbon nanotube graphene oxide composite thin film material with controlled thickness, and dispersing graphene oxide dispersion and carbon nanotube dispersion in distillate water. USE - The graphene carbon nanotube composite thermally conductive thin film material is used for electronic components, mobile phone heat dissipation and LED lamp. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has low cost. The product has high thermal conductivity and realizes large scale production.
