NOVELTY - Printing and dyeing of graphene nylon-cotton woven fabric comprises (1) interweaving nylon yarns, silk and graphene filaments on an air jet loom, (2) dipping and modifying by soaking the raw cloth obtained in the resultant step in an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate and a non-ionic solvent, stirring, washing the raw cloth, placing the raw cloth into acrylic acid solution after washing, adding ammonium ferrous sulfate solution, stirring, and applying ultraviolet irradiation to graft and polymerize acrylic acid on the surface of the raw cloth, and completing the modification of the raw cloth, (3) printing and dyeing at one time, seam turning, desizing, oxygen bleaching, dyeing, drying, soaping, steaming and color fixing, and realizing primary coloring, (4) soaking the cloth subjected to primary printing and dyeing in a sodium hydro sulfite solution, then passing the cloth through deionized water to completely clean the cloth and then simply drying the cloth. USE - The method is useful for printing and dyeing of graphene nylon-cotton woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric: has excellent structure stability, insulating property, antibacterial and anti-static ability; and ensures the firmness and comfort level. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Printing and dyeing of graphene nylon-cotton woven fabric comprises (1) interweaving nylon yarns, silk and graphene filaments on an air jet loom, where the warp yarns are nylon yarns, and weft yarns are a combination of the silk and graphene filaments, (2) dipping and modifying by soaking the raw cloth obtained in the resultant step in an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate and a non-ionic solvent, stirring at 70-75℃ for 25-35 minutes, washing the raw cloth with distilled water at 20-25℃, placing the raw cloth into a sufficient amount of acrylic acid solution after washing, adding ammonium ferrous sulfate solution at a stable speed, uniformly stirring, keeping the room temperature condition, and applying ultraviolet irradiation to graft and polymerize acrylic acid on the surface of the raw cloth, and completing the modification of the raw cloth, (3) printing and dyeing at one time, seam turning, desizing, oxygen bleaching, dyeing, drying, soaping, steaming and color fixing, and realizing primary coloring, (4) soaking the cloth subjected to primary printing and dyeing in a sodium hydro sulfite solution at the temperature of 30-50℃ to reduce graphene oxide in the cloth, then passing the cloth through deionized water to completely clean the cloth and then simply drying the cloth, (5) secondary printing and dyeing by seam turning, desizing, oxygen bleaching, shaping, mercerizing, dyeing, drying, soaping, steaming and color fixing, tentering and preshrinking, and (6) detecting finished products, and performing various detections on the produced products.
