NOVELTY - Double-component water-based graphene epoxy anticorrosive coating comprises 40-50 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 2.5-15 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-3 pts. wt. cosolvent, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. wetting dispersing agent, 10-17 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 15-17 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-17 pts. wt. talc, 8-10 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. thickener, and 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. defoamer as first component, and 70-80 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent, 10-15 pts. wt. deionized water, and 10-15 pts. wt. alcohol as second component. USE - Used as double-component water-based graphene epoxy anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating: has salt spray resistance of not greater than 2000 h and hardness of the coating film of greater than or equal to 2 H. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the double-component water-based graphene epoxy anticorrosive coating comprising (a) weighing each component according to the raw material ratio; (b) according to the ratio of first component, the aqueous epoxy resin, deionized water, cosolvent, wetting and dispersing agent, barium sulfate, titanium dioxide, talc, aluminum tripolyphosphate, graphene, thickener, and defoaming agent, and subjecting to mixing treatment and grinding to obtain first component; and (c) according to the ratio of second component, the aqueous epoxy curing agent, deionized water and alcohol, and mixing to obtain second component.
