NOVELTY - Heat-and-humidity resistant high-strength composition comprises component (A) comprising 20-30 wt.% polyether polyol, 0.1-1 wt.% modified carbon active substance, 0.1-1 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-1 wt.% organic coupling agent and 68-78 wt.% solvent, and component (B) comprising a modified polyisocyanate curing agent formed by oligomerizing hexamethylene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate and/or diphenylmethane diisocyanate, where the mass ratio of component (A) to component (B) is 100:10-100:20. USE - The heat-and-humidity resistant high-strength composition useful for battery packaging materials. ADVANTAGE - The composition endows the battery packaging material with higher high temperature and high humidity resistance, higher peel strength, and has high mechanical strength of the product, so that the battery packaging material has a higher molding limit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composition, involving (a) adding the solvent to a reactor, heating, stirring, adding polyether polyol, organic coupling agent, and dispersant, evenly stirring, adding the modified carbon active material, dispersing through a ultrasonic vibration, adjusting the solid content, and discharging, and (b) adding the curing agent component (B) to the solvent to dilute, evenly stirring, adding to the main ingredient prepared in step (a), and evenly stirring to obtain the composition.
