▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Low-density hydrocarbon storage device comprises a housing for storing a low-density hydrocarbon, where the housing contains a multi-layered sorbent sheet product (300) having a void volume ≤ 20 vol.%, and the multi-layered sorbent sheet product is partially or totally encapsulated within the housing. The sorbent material comprises at least one of activated carbon, reactivated carbon, natural or synthetic zeolite, silica, nanotubes, and graphene. USE - The device is useful for storing hydrocarbon gases e.g. natural gas. ADVANTAGE - The device: utilizes sorbent and binder which may be used for efficient adsorption and desorption of low-density hydrocarbons to the sorbent, e.g. activated carbon; utilizes sheets, optionally arranged in a multi-layered configuration, that may be included in a housing for improved storage and transportation of low-density hydrocarbons e.g. natural gas; and utilizes rolled sorbent sheet products that are dense and thus exhibit a higher capacity for low-density hydrocarbon storage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for selectively storing or delivering low-density hydrocarbons. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a schematic view of the sorbent sheet product. 300Sorbent sheet product 301Central axis 303Concentric sheets
