The metal hydroxide is magnesium hydroxide, lithium hydroxide or gallium hydroxide. USE - Nano material used in electronic transmission film of photoelectric device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metal hydroxide layer can effectively passivate the defect state of the ZnO nano-particle surface, so as to reduce the defect number of the zirconium-oxide nano particle surface, improve the stability of the zinc oxide nano particle, and reduce the electron mobility of the nano-material.
