NOVELTY - A high temperature resistant cement-base composite material comprises 600-700 pts. wt. cement, 400-450 pts. wt. quartz sand, 300-350 pts. wt. pulverized coal ash, 7-10 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 350-400 pts. wt. water, 80-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 30-40 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-20 pts. wt. water reducing agent, and 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol fiber. USE - The composite material is used as building material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent compressive strength, split tensile strength and anti-bending strength, and can keep good mechanical property after high temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cement-based composite material comprising: (A) mixing the epoxy resin and graphene oxide, stirring to obtain mixture A; (B) mixing the nano-silicon dioxide, curing agent and polyvinyl alcohol fiber and stirring to obtain mixture B; (C) mixing the cement, quartz sand and pulverized coal ash to obtain mixture C; and (D) mixing the mixture A and mixture B and stirring, adding mixture C, stirring, adding water and water reducing agent, stirring to obtain the cement-based composite material.
