NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene/tin oxide nanocomposite material comprises graphene and tin oxide nano crystal loaded on the surface of graphene, and has nitrogen doped in an amount of 8%. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene/tin oxide nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene/tin oxide nanocomposite material has large specific surface area, excellent conductivity and electrochemical lithium storage performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the nanocomposite material, which involves mixing tin chloride, graphene oxide sol gel, urea and hydrochloric acid to obtain mixed colloidal solution, and hydrothermally reacting obtained solution at 90-180 degrees C for 3-36 hours.
