NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene/plastic composite material involves (i) mixing plastic particles and graphene oxide solution, contacting graphene oxide solution and plastic particle surface, centrifugally separating excess graphene oxide stock solution, adsorbing plastic particles on surface of graphene oxide, drying plastic particles-adhered graphene oxide to obtain dry plastic/graphene oxide composite material, (ii) adding dry plastic/graphene oxide composite material into a twin-screw extruder, high-temperature blending, exposing graphene oxide to form graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene/plastic composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene/plastic composite material involves (i) mixing plastic particles and graphene oxide solution, contacting graphene oxide solution and plastic particle surface, centrifugally separating excess graphene oxide stock solution, when plastic particle surfaces contain graphene oxide solution, adsorbing plastic particles on the surface of graphene oxide, drying plastic particles-adhered graphene oxide to obtain dry plastic/graphene oxide composite material, (ii) adding dry plastic/graphene oxide composite material into a twin-screw extruder, high-temperature blending, fully exposing graphene oxide to form graphene, extruding, and granulating.
