▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-wide artificial graphite high-conductivity film material comprises: (i) adding oxidized graphene solution into reaction kettle through feeding cover (17) to realize heating treatment of oxidized graphene solution; (ii) adding hydrazine hydrate into reaction kettle through feeding port, and discharging evaporated hydrazine hydrate through first exhaust pipe; (iii) introducing gas into condensing pipe through air guide pipe, and placing cold water in cooling box; (iv) conveniently collecting object in condensing pipe, and realizing recycling of resource, so as to realize protection of resource; (v) rotating rotating cylinder (15) and bidirectional screw thread cylinder (14); (vi) accelerating full-mixing speed of solution, and improving reaction efficiency; and (vii) centrifuging and removing impurity, and realizing high-temperature firing of material. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-wide artificial graphite high-conductivity film material. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes uniform temperature of the solution, effectively accelerates progress of reaction of raw material, matched with design of collecting group, it is convenient to collect discharged steam, so as to realize cooling and recycling of steam resource.
