▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of an antibacterial filter involves impregnating graphene slurry comprising graphene and silver nanoparticles as antimicrobial agents into polymer fibers composed of woven or nonwoven fabric, and then immersing the graphene-impregnated polymer fibers in a silver electroless plating solution, so that the graphene and silver coating solution are polymerized. The preparation of graphene slurry which is an electrochemical process involves installing platinum anode and a graphite anode in an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid, lithium sulfate, and potassium permanganate having a composition of 0.1-0.5 mol electrolyte solution, electrolyzing in DC current at 5-10 V and at 500 mmA at the temperature of the electrolyte solution at 20-50 degrees C for 1-2 hours to form a graphene slurry with a solid concentration of 1-5 wt.%. USE - Manufacture of antibacterial filter for mask (claimed) for collecting and sterilizing viruses. ADVANTAGE - The method enables inexpensive and environmentally-friendly manufacture of antibacterial filter having excellent reliability, and antibacterial performance of collecting and sterilizing fine dust, pathogenic bacteria, bacteria and viruses floating in the air, and reduced decomposition or deterioration of the antimicrobial agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an antibacterial mask, which comprises an antibacterial filter attached to the outer or lining.
