NOVELTY - An aqueous graphene-modified silicone alkyd resin comprises vegetable oil fatty acid, organic acid anhydride, polybasic acid, polyol, xylene, benzoic acid, dimethylolpropionic acid, acetone, silicone, graphene, polyisocyanate, neutralizing agent, dibutyltin dilaurate and deionized water. The graphene is hydroxyl group-containing graphene oxide prepared by Hummers method, Staudenmaier method, electrochemical process or Brodie method, preferably Hummers method. USE - Aqueous graphene-modified silicone alkyd resin is used in wood coating, marine application, conductive paint, aqueous industrial coating, aqueous anticorrosive coating and aqueous special functional coating. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene-modified silicone alkyd resin has excellent adhesiveness, water resistance, corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, hardness, conductivity and antistatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aqueous graphene-modified silicone alkyd resin comprises 4-8 pts. wt. vegetable oil fatty acid, 2-4 pts. wt. organic acid anhydride, 3-6 pts. wt. polybasic acid, 4-12 pts. wt. polyol, 3-8 pts. wt. xylene, 1-4 pts. wt. benzoic acid, 2-5 pts. wt. dimethylolpropionic acid, 2-6 pts. wt. acetone, 3-8 pts. wt. silicone, 1.5-5 pts. wt. graphene, 4-10 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 1.5-4 pts. wt. neutralizing agent, 0.02-0.08 pt. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate and 40-65 pts. wt. deionized water. The graphene is hydroxyl group-containing graphene oxide prepared by Hummers method, Staudenmaier method, electrochemical process or Brodie method, preferably Hummers method. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aqueous graphene-modified silicone alkyd resin.
