▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Obtaining graphene, graphene containing materials and related structures includes arranging several layers of graphene in water or electrolyte solution, anode, cathode and adjustable voltage source, where the graphene potential is less than the anode potential. USE - The method is useful for obtaining graphene, graphene containing materials and related structures which are used to create fuel cells within hydrogen energetics, for transport systems, as well as creating nanoelectronic systems based on the use of graphene with controlled electronic properties. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene and graphene fuel cells with increased speed of hydrogenation reaction, and is simple and cost-effective and creates conditions for their mass production.
