NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene dispersion, involves dissolving certain amount of graphene in solvent at a concentration of 0.1-10.0 mg/ml, ball milling the mixture, subjecting mixed homogeneous graphene liquid to a dispersion treatment by a bath ultrasonic and mechanical stirring device, under ultrasonic frequency of 30-50 kHz and electric stirring speed of 1000-10000 rpm, cooling the graphene liquid through the external circulation cooling system, to obtain graphene solution, centrifuging the graphene solution at 500-5000 rpm, and removing the upper solution which is the graphene dispersion. USE - Preparation of graphene dispersion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dispersion time is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. The production cost is reduced and the preparation process is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene dispersion, involves dissolving certain amount of graphene in solvent at a concentration of 0.1-10.0 mg/ml, ball milling the mixture at 100-500 rpm for 0-6 hours, subjecting mixed homogeneous graphene liquid to a dispersion treatment by a bath ultrasonic and mechanical stirring device, under ultrasonic frequency of 30-50 kHz and electric stirring speed of 1000-10000 rpm, cooling the graphene liquid through the external circulation cooling system at 20-50 degrees C for 3-20 hours, to obtain graphene solution, centrifuging the graphene solution at 500-5000 rpm, and removing the upper solution of about 80% which is the graphene dispersion. The volume ratio of ball material is 1:3-1:5.
