NOVELTY - High-efficiency antirust sealing agent comprises 7-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 22-25 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, 60-75 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-4 pts. wt. catalyst, 2-3 pts. wt. phenylacrylic acid, 4-6 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 7-8 pts. wt. nano-scale boron nitride, 5-6 pts. wt. nano-scale graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 2-2 pts. wt. film-forming agent, 80-90 pts. wt. absolute ethanol and 200 pts. wt. of deionized water. USE - Used as high-efficiency antirust sealing agent. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate, and can be directly applied to various metal surface layer, realizes rustproof effect; and utilizes silane coupling agent to form stable sol system and improves the anti-rust performance of the protective agent.
