▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A multi-level structure carbon material comprises flower-shaped conductive carbon material and graphene quantum dots supported on the surface of the flower-shaped conductive carbon material. USE - Multi-level structure carbon material for corrosion-resistant paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multi-level structure carbon material effectively prolongs overall corrosion resistance of the coating by photogenerated electrons, which can migrate to the metal surface through grapheme to reduce corrosion potential of the metal. Since large number of electrons are generated by the driving of light, so even if the coating is partially damaged, the tendency of electrons to be protected is still dominant compared with the tendency of metal to lose electrons and be corroded. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: preparation of the multi-level structure carbon material, which involves (s1) mixing saccharide organic matter, surfactant and polar solvent to obtain mixed solution (A), subjecting to solvothermal reaction to obtain flower-shaped carbon material, (s2) calcining the flower-shaped carbon material in a protective gas atmosphere to obtain a flower-shaped conductive carbon material, and (s3) mixing the flower-shaped conductive carbon material, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon solution and alkali solution to obtain mixed solution (B), and hydrothermally reacting with quantum dots; and corrosion-resistant paint, which comprises 30-60 wt.% resin, 5-10 wt.% multi-level structure carbon material, 1-5 wt.% filler, 1-2 wt.% anti-settling additive, 0.1-1 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-1 wt.% defoamer, 0.1-1 wt.% leveling agent and balance solvent.
