NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified glass fiber paper comprises (a) using centrifuge spraying method or a flame spraying method to prepare glass fiber cotton, and the diameter of the fiber is 1-10 mu m; (b) selecting an glass fiber cotton, cutting it and placing it in a cationic surface finishing agent and polyethyleneimine, immersing it in a water bath; (c) placing glass fiber cotton after drying in a graphene oxide dispersion and fully immersing s, rinsing with deionized water, drying, and fully immersing in a chitosan solution, rinsing ande repeating process; (d) reducing the surface of the graphene oxide by drying the glass fiber cotton by ultraviolet curing method to obtain graphene-modified glass fiber cotton; (e) placing graphene-modified glass fiber cotton into a standard fiber fluffer; and (f) adding the stirred graphene-modified glass fiber cotton into a paper machine for papermaking and sufficiently drying to obtain graphene-modified glass fiber paper. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified glass fiber paper. ADVANTAGE - The method can prepare paper having evenly distributed graphene, improved tensile strength, flame retardant properties and hydrophobic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified glass fiber paper comprises (a) using centrifuge spraying method or a flame spraying method to prepare glass fiber cotton, where the fiber length is 5-50 mm and the diameter of the fiber is 1-10 mu m; (b) selecting glass fiber cotton, cutting it and placing it in a cationic surface finishing agent and polyethyleneimine at a concentration of 20-50 g/l, immersing it in a water bath at 50-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, rinsing with deionized water and allowing to dry at room temperature; (c) placing glass fiber cotton after drying in a graphene oxide dispersion and fully immersing for 1-2 hours, rinsing with deionized water, drying, and fully immersing in a chitosan solution for 1-2 hours, rinsing ande repeating process for 5-10 times; (d) reducing the surface of the graphene oxide by drying the glass fiber cotton by ultraviolet curing method to obtain graphene-modified glass fiber cotton; (e) placing graphene-modified glass fiber cotton into a standard fiber fluffer, setting a rotation speed of 10000-30000 revolutions/minute and stirring for 20-50 minutes; and (f) adding the stirred graphene-modified glass fiber cotton into a paper machine for papermaking and sufficiently drying to obtain graphene-modified glass fiber paper.
