NOVELTY - The method for producing modified polyester fiber, involves impregnating the unmodified polyester fiber product in the dispersion of graphene sheet at 80-120 degrees C, cooling and drying to obtain processed fiber product. The impregnation temperature is greater than the glass transition temperature of polyester and less than the viscous flow temperature of polyester. USE - Method for producing modified polyester fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of modified polyester fiber with increased uniformity, robustness, improved electrical conductivity and enhanced far-infrared performance.
