▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Wearable epoxy resin composite material comprises epoxy resin matrix material and tungsten sulfide dispersed in the epoxy resin matrix material oxide/graphene nano-composite material, where tungsten dioxide/graphene oxide nano-composite material and epoxy resin matrix material are in mass ratio of 0.0005-0.15:1. USE - Used as wearable epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material improves the wear resistance of epoxy resins and utilizes the excellent properties of flake tungsten sulfide/graphene nanocomposites and the good dispersibility in epoxy resins. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (a) dispersing the tungsten sulfide/graphene nano-composite in ethanol, so that the concentration of tungsten sulfide/graphene nano-composites in the solution is 0.01-20 g/l, the solution is then sonicated for 0.5-5 hours with an ultrasonic device with a power of 300-1000 W, an ethanol solution of tungsten sulfide/graphene nano-composites ; (b) adding ethanol solution of tungsten sulfide/graphene nano-composite obtained in step (a), epoxy resin is added, so that the concentration of epoxy resin in solution is 200 g/l, then stirred with a stirrer for 5-30 minutes, ultrasonic treatment under power of 300-1000 W for 0.5-5 hours; (c) placing product obtained in step (b) in an oven at 50-80 degrees C, baking for 10-48 hours, and then vacuum pump out ethanol, until no bubbles so far; (d) adding the product obtained in step (iii) with a curing agent 594, mixture was magnetically stirred at room temperature for 10-20 minutes, bubbles in the mixture were then extracted with a vacuum pump while magnetically stirring, until no bubbles, where the ratio of curing agent 594 to epoxy resin base material is 20-30:100; and (e) casting step (iv) material poured into the mold, and finally curing.
