▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Kit comprises strap with dual interdigital capacitor sensor chip, a reader capable of measuring change in capacitance of the strap, silver substrate, a titanium electrode positioned on the substrate, a platinum electrode positioned on the substrate, and a fixing unit modified with graphene oxide on surface of substrate, and further comprises polymerase chain reaction (PCR) composition, restriction enzyme, agarose, buffer, thermostable DNA polymerase, deoxynucleoside triphosphate, PCR buffer and water. The substrate is composed of glass, polyethylene terephthalate film, and polyimide film. The titanium electrode and platinum electrode each have interdigital structure of double interdigitation type in which at least one branch having width of 20-200 mu m is alternately arranged with an interval of 20-200 mu m. The surface of fixing part is modified with 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC)-N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) compound. USE - The kit is useful to detect corona virus for diagnosing disease (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The kit quantifies concentration of coronavirus antigen with ultra-high sensitivity using small sample in short time instead of analyzing signal of marker, does not need labeling, is economical, and can be reused. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for providing information, comprising (a) obtaining a subject sample from the subject; (b) contacting the sample with kit; (c) detecting a capacitive change as the target material present in the target sample including includes tissue, cell, whole blood, plasma, serum, blood, saliva, sputum, lymph, cerebrospinal fluid, intercellular fluid, semen and/or urine are coupled to a receptor in the sensor chip; and (d) determining the level of the target material in the target sample by detecting the degree of capacitive change.
