USE - Graphene modified shell material used for three-dimensional printing notebook computer housing. ADVANTAGE - The material has good radiating property and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene modified shell material comprises 1.5-4 pts. wt. graphene, 78-122 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate resin, 20-32 pts. wt. tris (2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphite, 48-70 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 30-40 pts. wt. tripolyphosphate, 10-14 pts. wt. chloropropylated styrene, 12-15 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 8-12 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 4-6 pts. wt. Kevlar (RTM: poly-para-phenylene terephthalamide) fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 1-1.6 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. regulator, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. generating agent, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.7-1.3 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.5-1 pt. wt. bridging agent, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. catalyst, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. plasticizer, 0.4-0.7 pt. wt. tackifier, 1-2.3 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. stabilizer, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 1.8-2.4 pts. wt. flame retardant. The surfactant is polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene copolymer. The regulator is ACR. The generating agent is aerosol generating agent. The crosslinking agent is crosslinking agent SAC-100. The compatibilizer is maleic anhydride grafted compatibilizer. The bridging agent is acrylic type bridging agent. The catalyst is vanadium pentoxide. The plasticizer is tricaprylyl citrate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene modified shell material comprising: (A) mixing polybutylene terephthalate resin and tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphite, pulverizing and sieving by 200-300 mesh to obtain mixed resin powder, adding surfactant, and activating at 68-72 degrees C for 1-1.3 hours at speed of 150-180 revolutions/minute (rpm) to prepare activated mixed resin powder; (B) crushing graphene, passing by 200-300 mesh sieve to obtain powder, stirring at 52-56 degrees C for 40-50 minutes at magnetic field intensity of 7000-8200 GS, ultrasonic power of 520-650 W and speed of 200-300 rpm to obtain graphene energy powder, adding activated resin powder, polylactic acid, tripolyphosphate, chloropropyl styrene, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, Kevlar (RTM: poly-para-phenylene terephthalamide) fiber, polybutylene terephthalate fiber, regulator, generating agent, crosslinking agent, compatibilizer, bridging agent, catalyst, plasticizer, dispersant and tackifier under nitrogen protection, and stirring at 140-145 degrees C for 2.8-4 hours at microwave power of 320-360 W and speed of 200-400 rpm to obtain mixture I; and (C) adding curing agent, antioxidant, stabilizer, anti-aging agent and flame retardant, stirring to 76-80 degrees C for 1.6-2 hours at speed of 150-250 rpm to obtain mixture II, and adding into screw extrusion forming machine at 190-200 degrees C at speed of 125-140 rpm.
